Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us through the online contact form here or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will initiate a return and issue a full refund via the original payment method.
Company product(s) are sold subject only to the applicable printed warranty accompanying the product(s) in effect at the time of sale and such warranty shall be in lieu of all other warranties express or implied.
Out of Warranty Service
Company makes available for purchase a repair service for products that are out of warranty. Distributor or Distributor’s customer must contact Company to initiate Out of Warranty Service.
All shipping costs incurred with a return are the responsibility of the party returning items, the exclusive exception being that Company will pay shipping to deliver product that is repaired or replaced under Warranty Service to the returning party.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details. Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days. Our products are fulfilled by Best Living Systems, LLC in Conway, AR.

After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
Cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped. Products usually ship within 1-3 business days. If you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail, please follow the return process to receive a refund.
If we have made an error in shipping, or sent you the wrong product, we will gladly correct that issue at no cost to you. Some of our products come with warranties and some do not. Contact us immediately at 800.728.7206 to initiate the returns process or to discuss any issues with your products.
All other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. We will receive most products back into our stock if they are in good condition and can be resold. Our restocking fee is 5% plus the cost of the return label. Refunds are issued by check and takes 2 weeks on average to be mailed from the time of the receipt of the product back into our stock.
